• Those who have access to e-mail can request weekly readings taken from the writings of John Main / Laurence Freeman by contacting us at christian.meditation@gmail.com.

• Meditators meet once a month usually on the second Saturday, for a half day session of discourses and meditation at St. Joseph’s Primary School, Bandra. These meetings are announced in The Examiner.

• Days of Silence and Two-Day Silent Retreats are a feature of the Seasons of Advent and Lent.

• Besides our parish, Meditation groups meet for weekly meditation in the following places.
